1. Who we are

Lazos Familia is a trade name of Bridge Comm Unity Network Inc. (Bridge Comm Unity Network Inc., 4400 Brownsville Rd, Ste 105 PMB 3201, Powder Springs, GA 30127, United States). Bridge Comm Unity Network Inc. also operates other text-message services named HomewardText and GoodWordText. This policy explains what information we keep for Lazos Familia and how we protect it.

2. What we keep

• About you: your name, mobile number, email if you give it, and how you're related to your loved one.
• About your loved one: their name, ID number and facility name.
• Your messages: the words and photos you send and receive.
• Your permission: when and how you agreed to get texts, and the text you agreed to.
• Your account and payments: your plan and payments. Your card details are kept by our payment company, not by us.

3. How we use it

• To send your messages and bring back their replies.
• To send account notices, like trial reminders and pauses.
• To charge for your plan and extras.
• To help you when you write to us.
• To follow the law.

4. Your number and text messages

We do not share your mobile number or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

We only text you if you gave permission. Reply STOP to stop.

5. We don't sell your data

We don't sell your data. We don't rent it or trade it.

6. Who we share it with

We share only what's needed to provide the service:

• with the messaging system the facility uses, to deliver your messages;
• with our text-message, payment and data-storage providers, who may use it only to help us;
• when the law requires it.

7. Lazos Assistant

Your conversations with the Lazos Assistant are deleted after 90 days, like your other messages. We never use them to train AI and we never sell them.

8. How long we keep it

• Message words and photos, and assistant conversations: deleted after 90 days.
• Account records: kept for 24 months.
• Records of your permission for texts: kept as long as the law requires.

9. Cookies

This site uses no cookies and no tracking tools. If you switch languages, your browser may remember that choice on your device only. We never see it.

10. How we protect it

We use secure connections and limit who can see your information. We don't keep facility-system passwords in our records.

11. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Write to us on the Contact page. Some records, like your permission for texts, we must keep by law.

12. Children

The service is only for people 18 or older. We don't knowingly collect information from minors on this site.

13. Changes

If we change this policy, we post the new version here with the date.
